Order your 3-meal plan each week by Friday before delivery/pick up on Mondays. Option to add an extra meal or veggies.
Each meal is estimated 400-600-calories and includes 1 serving (3.5 oz) of meat, 1 cup vegetables and 1/2 cub carbs. (Note: these are rough estimates.)

To retain flavor, meals are cooked, packed and frozen right after cooking. Pop your frozen meal in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
If you prefer meals that are NOT frozen, add a note to your order. Keep in mind that unfrozen meals should be used within 3 days for best flavor and healthy eating. Reheat unfrozen meal for 2-3 minutes.
