Don’t throw out the leftover lemons and limes from a party, instead squeeze them and fill an ice-cube tray to freeze the juice.
Once frozen, you can store the cubes in a plastic zippered bag or container and use them for recipes calling for fresh lemon or lime juice. Each cube equals approximately one tablespoon of juice.
