I like empanadas too and I’m learning now that there are so many different versions I might add more recipes soon.
Do you have a recipe for the Mexican empanada to share?

Hmm I love empanadas. A Mexican version of these treats is made with puff pastry and those are my favorite, ever! This filling sounds so good, too. Another one that goes to the to-bake list

There are different versions of this delicious snack in other Latin American countries but the Argentinian “Empanadas” are some of the best. Great recipe!
