Bake your own bread cups and serve with a salad as an appetizer or finger food.
You will need one loaf sliced white bread and muffin tins. Slice the crust off or use a cup, jar or glass to cut circles of each slice. Push the bread slice in the muffin pan, forming a nice cup or basket. Bake in a preheated oven (350 degrees) until dry. Adjust temperature to make sure the cups don’t get burned.
Let the cups completely cool off and use to serve salad.
Great with Huzarensalade or shrimp salad.
