Tip of the month December

For those who are always cold in the winter like I am, try to eat every two or three hours. This means that in between your healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner you can eat something small, like crackers (wheat), nuts, fruit and now and then a less healthy snack. This way your metabolism works all the time, which makes your body stay warm as well!
